Kenneth Jaimes, LMFT

Description of Counselor/Practice

My work aims to empower clients to write their own narratives and take control over the issues they face. Perhaps you are feeling stuck and powerless to change your circumstances. Or, maybe you're struggling having the same conflict over and over and over again with your family or partner(s). If you are interested in professional, non-judgmental support, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. Much of my work with individuals, families and couples involves examining how your story got "stuck" to begin with. My training as a systems therapist allows me to hear client stories with nuance and complexity. I lean on narrative therapy and also incorporate other interventions based in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, family therapy, Relational/Couples Therapies, etc.
