LIMITED DAYTIME SLOTS AVAILABLE! My aim is to create a safe(r) space for couples and individuals to process, learn, and make positive changes in their relationships. We will work together to address relational conflicts using a multifaceted approach. As a couples and family therapist, I take a systemic approach to therapy. This means we will look at how the intersections of your life and your partner's life impact who you are as a couple today. And we will examine what role your family of origin and other life factors play in your relationship. From there, we can write the next chapter in your lives. Operating from a strengths-based approach, we can leverage your collective resources to effect change in your relationship. I utilize Gottman, EFT, and solution focused principles to build emotional intimacy, effectively manage conflict, and improve communication.
