Description of Counselor/Practice

Do you feel like past still has a hold on your present, even though you know it's behind you? Or maybe family dynamics or earlier experiences continue to shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Or you might find yourself stuck in familiar, frustrating patterns, struggling in relationships, feeling the weight of self-doubt or perfectionism, or sensing a gap between the person you want to be and how you're showing up. Or perhaps you're in the middle of major life transitions or adjusting to the challenges of immigration, navigating a new culture, language and identity. I like to start with getting to know who you are - your values, strengths, and the experiences that have shaped you. We’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you and create space for new possibilities. You might notice yourself showing up more authentically - build healthier connections, trust yourself more, and feel less weighed down by the past. Thank you for considering working with me. I offer therapy in both Mandarin (native) and English (fluent), and I can also converse in Taiwanese. I'm passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you can bring your true self and explore what you're going through at your own pace.
