I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working primarily with adults. I meet you right where you are, wherever you may be on life’s journey. I help you identify your personal strengths and intentionally cultivate what truly matters to you. I use an integrated and collaborative approach to counseling. My theoretical orientation includes person centered therapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and a humanistic approach. I understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. As a compassionate witness to your journey, I create a safe space for you to explore and unravel the complexities of life.
