You want to have a positive and nourishing relationship food, movement and yourself. You want to be able to enjoy food without feeling guilt or shame. You want to feel comfortable and confident in your body, no matter where you are or who you’re with. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve these goals.
In addition to being a Therapist, I’m also a Nutritionist and I specialize in the area where food and emotions intersect. My approach is compassionate and nonjudgemental. Trained in human-centered psychology, I believe that your food and body story is unique to you and our work together will reflect that.
