Sharmayne Arrington, LMHC, MA

Description of Counselor/Practice

Since 2003, I have primarily seen adults & teens who have survived familial neglect, abandonment and abuse that currently manifests in areas of relationships, addiction, and spirituality. I hold the boundaries of the therapeutic space so that your truest self can unfold and speak to you. We'll traverse both internal and external oppressive systems and turn them upside down. My hope is to work with folx on the journey to find some peace in this diaspora. This RE-connection is the doorstep of coming home. I also offer clinical supervision, and I love working with teens. I offer services using telehealth. No need for travel, or childcare or navigating bus routes. As long as you can find a quiet, peaceful place, we can meet.
