I support clients who are seeking to improve the way that they show up in relationships. We will work together to learn how trauma and anxiety impact relationships with a goal of increasing confidence in your ability to set and maintain boundaries, to express your thoughts and feelings in relationships, and to honor yourself alongside others (as opposed to engaging in people-pleasing patterns). At Counseling in Context, you will receive culturally adaptive care and support that honors your context and values. Most of my work involves addressing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, grief, and interpersonal conflict with individuals, couples, and families. While also being intentional to deconstruct and challenge the impacts of oppression on the lives of marginalized communities.
