Description of Counselor/Practice

To be human is to be imperfect and full of potential simultaneously. My role as a therapist is to help you navigate the messier, more painful parts of life. Therapy can help you face challenges with resiliency, and a more whole and accurate perspective of what it means to be you. People can fall into patterns of believing that all of our thoughts mean something about our worth as human beings. My main modalities are ACT, CBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), these are evidence based and effective in treating anxiety related disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders. At this time I am not taking new clients through Telehealth/video counseling. Please see my availability for new clients, for in person appointments on my website.
