I’m a queer, Filipino American psychotherapist specializing in EMDR therapy and trauma treatment for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic shame, or major life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to untangle alone.
My work is rooted in contemporary relational psychodynamic traditions and informed by multicultural, feminist, and social justice perspectives, as well as attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I believe that growth and healing happen through relationships, and I approach therapy with curiosity, directness, and a focus on fostering insight.
Together, we’ll build a collaborative partnership to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s complexities, and develop tools to thrive. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to support you with care, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey.
