Michelle Borowitz, PhD

Description of Counselor/Practice

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in changing unwanted habits and behaviors including, but not limited to, substance use, eating behavior, aggressive behavior, and perfectionism. I work with clients to identify what is important in their lives, and help them make choices aligned with the person they want to be. Our choices and behavior occur within our life context, so I utilize both acceptance and change-based strategies to help clients reach the life they want.
