Description of Counselor/Practice

No one is immune to depression, relationship problems, parenting issues, anxiety, and other common human experiences we face moving through life. Are you at a point in your life where you've used up all of the coping skills that you have to deal with life's difficulties? Are you I have spent my professional counseling career working with adolescents and adults navigating various issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. I view therapy as a collaborative alliance where we work together to identify your concerns and strive for peace, resolution, and healing. The focus of my clinical approach includes building a strong therapeutic relationship that promotes space where change can occur and emphasizing what’s being done, thought, and felt in the present moment.
