Kimberly Wallace Stewart, MS, LMHC

Description of Counselor/Practice

No one is immune to depression, relationship problems, parenting issues, anxiety, and other common human experiences we face moving through life. Are you at a point in your life where you've used up all of the coping skills that you have to deal with life's difficulties? Are you overwhelmed by emotional pain? Are you concerned about the current state of your life or the direction that your life is headed in? I provide a safe, empathetic environment where you have the freedom to explore the struggles that are preventing you from fully enjoying life. Your courage and strength have brought you to this moment where you have chosen to seek support. Asking for help is often the most difficult step, and it is critical to find the therapist that fits you. I have spent my professional counseling career working with adolescents and adults navigating various issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. I view therapy as a collaborative alliance where we work together to identify your concerns and strive for peace, resolution, and healing. The focus of my clinical approach includes building a strong therapeutic relationship that promotes space where change can occur and emphasizing what’s being done, thought, and felt in the present moment. Connect with me to set up a free phone consultation so that we can start a conversation about what you want to achieve in this counseling journey.
