Description of Counselor/Practice

Thank you for stopping by. I like to make people feel safe, heard, validated, and better. You might be needing alternative thoughts to have less anxiety at work or quick tools for emotional regulation at home with your children, but I would like to take time and explore your past so that you can understand why your mind and body are reacting the way they are now. Self-awareness and mindfulness can be a powerful catalysis for your growth. I practice under cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Attachment framework. I am a Gottman Level 1 trained therapist and certified with Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy. These therapy frameworks will help you identify obstacles to accept yourself, be compassionate to yourself, create meaningful connections, and grow as a person. I welcome you to my counseling space with empathy and compassion. I love working with people from all walks of life. I have three years of experience with clients facing depression, anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, PTSD, loss & grief, and relationship & parenting issues. I work well with tech workers experiencing burn out, women dealing with relationship and attachment issues, teens, and adults with ADHD and PTSD.
