Thank you for starting the process of growth and change and self knowledge. You have your own lived experiences that make you who you are. Even if it’s messy or tearful - I see it as wonderful. When you talk to yourself, I want to help you believe that you are a wonderful person. It’s ok if you aren’t there right now, but we can get there. I love working with teens dealing with pressures at school and young adults who are trying to figure out what it means to be independent. I want you to feel all your emotions, no matter what they are. I enjoy being in the presence of someone who is wanting to grow and evolve as a human. There is something beautiful about someone opening their heart. I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your identity and place in the world. A place where you can say anything, without judgment. What you might see as failure I see as breaking down a barrier and becoming more of who you are. Bring on the tears and the tissues. I’m here to listen to your story and hear your thoughts. We can explore what you need, what you want, or what you don’t know yet. I want to meet you where you’re at and uncover the real you that you may have hidden away.
