Description of Counselor/Practice

Each of us carries a set of identities that are defined by unique and personal experiences. We also deal with life's difficulties in various ways. My priority is to affirm and understand your experiences so that together, we can move you toward empowerment, healing, and personal growth. Whether you are a couple struggling to find more intimacy, a survivor of trauma, or a college student needing help to find direction, I'd like to help. The celebration of diversity and the promotion of social justice is central to my approach to therapeutic work. My goal is to empower individuals representing diversity in race, ethnicity, immigration status, age, gender expression, socioeconomic status, ability, religious/spiritual, and LGBQ identities to reach their fullest potential.
