Lilith Halpé, MA, LMHC, ATR-BC

Description of Counselor/Practice

I provide individual counseling and art therapy with adolescents and adults, specializing in working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folx. My theoretical orientation is grounded in humanistic psychology with an anti-oppressive lens. As a therapist I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to an individual’s growth and change can only happen when someone feels empowered to exist. In my practice, I use a combination of Art Therapy and verbal therapy techniques based on the specific needs of the client. My counseling approach is warm, supportive, and encourages clients to connect with their inner wisdom and recalibrate their emotional compasses.
