Hello! My approach to healing honors the role the mind, body, and heart, as well as that of our individual, collective, and intergenerational experiences. My clients often seek support with trauma or stress, anxiety, depression, struggles with relationships, or feeling into their purpose. I practice a resiliency-informed type of therapy that honors the role of the body, mind, and heart in healing, and I also offer EMDR therapy. I strive to create a healing space where you are welcome to bring your whole self. My experience as a cis-gender, queer, first generation US-born Latina, and trauma survivor guides my path towards radical compassion, connection, integrity, and justice. I draw from learnings along my own healing journey to support the liberation of all.
