Hello! I'm Isabel. I focus on bringing faith and mental health together. I enjoy helping women heal from family of origin wounds, and walk towards forgiving their parents and families. From a Biblical foundation, we can work through past relational wounds so that you can live in freedom and breakthrough. My therapeutic approach is holistic and trauma-informed, incorporating Biblical principles and also equipping you with practical skills and tools. Together, we can delve deeper into why you believe what you actually believe about your faith and about yourself. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which is a valuable tool in helping process distressing memories so that you feel more integrated and can move on from painful memories. I offer individual counseling for women (in Oregon and Washington states only) who are ready to commit and invest in the hard and rewarding work of counseling. I know how important it is to find a counselor you connect with and who is competent in treating your struggles.
