Cheryl Brozovich, MA, LMHCA

Description of Counselor/Practice

I work with individual adults (18+) dealing with anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, grief/loss, and spiritual unrest. I aim to create a space of openness and acceptance, where you can learn to view your experiences with curiosity and compassion. We will also explore tools and practices that can help you move forward with a greater sense of safety, choice, power, and connection. I utilize talk therapy, movement, and expressive arts depending on your needs and preferences. As a second generation South Asian-American, I especially enjoy working with clients who are seeking to explore the unique struggles and strengths of their bi-cultural experiences. I also have a passion for working with those who identify as Christian, ex-Christian, recovering or returning Christian.
