My approach comes from the narrative and psychodynamic traditions, which means that I am particularly interested in how you are making meaning of your experiences. In our sessions, you can be honest and expect that I will listen in a non-judgmental manner. I will make every effort to understand you and seek ways to come alongside you as an advocate for your health and well-being. I will seek to be mindful and respectful of the various communities to which you may belong and that have shaped you. My hope is that the relationship we develop will bring healing and enable you to experience transformation in other relationships.
