Description of Counselor/Practice
I offer therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, and who are navigating emotional, interpersonal and identity challenges. Informed by existentialism, relational psychodynamic and transpersonal psychology, I utilize these approaches to help guide clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the behavioral patterns that lead to their suffering.
Existential Psychology centers on you rather than on the symptoms you are experiencing and emphasizes your capacity for making intentional choices towards healing and developing your potential.
It can be challenging to find greater meaning and support in an increasingly isolated and disjointed world, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore core beliefs about themselves, others, and the systems they exist within, continually refining and optimizing the roles they play in relationships.
