Description of Counselor/Practice

In our lives, there are a number of experiences that lead to feeling alienated and disconnected from your body, your relationships to others, and a sense of meaning and worth. I hope to support you in returning home to yourself in all your complexities. I believe in leaning into discomfort in an effort to uncover the wisdom behind the strategies used to cope. It is through this learning that you can gain the tools to shift in a way that brings you to a place of greater abundance, connection, and radical self-love. I believe in your innate ability for change and am here as a partner on your path to greater healing and connection. I hope to support healing your relationship to food and your body, opening up greater possibilities for connection to self, community, and your deep, intrinsic values. Embarking on the path to healing can be challenging and incredibly empowering and there is nothing more courageous than making the conscious decision to heal. I hope to hold space for you every step of the way. Please contact me through my website to get started.
