I am a Korean transracial adoptee raised in the Pacific Northwest. I grateful to be living and working on the traditional land of the Duwamish people past and present. I am passionate about supporting individuals who are seeking holistic emotional and spiritual healing. Client led and centered, I aim to create a space to support you through your personal journey of healing. I believe in the power we receive from: understanding our stories/history, embracing our power, self-love, and receiving the gifts of our ancestors. I believe that we are stronger and more resilient that we realize, and we have within us the power to heal.
I am passionate in working with people to identify their strengths, examine the intersectionality of our complex identities, understand the power in our ancestors and our own stories, and to observe our own transformations. With an emphasis on social justice, race equity, and the incorporation of the impact of trauma (intergenerational, interpersonal, and communal), together we can move towards healing.
I am interested in working with those impacted by adoption, ambiguous loss, transitions, empaths, and people of color.
