Healing and recovering from the wounds of trauma is possible. I partner with clients who are ready to restore joy, aliveness, and connection. No matter what you’re going through, whether depression, anxiety, or PTSD, there is hope. My specific areas of special interest and expertise is in working with adults who struggle to manage their moods and those who have had significant experiences of invalidation, including experiences of trauma, violence, abuse, and neglect. My goal as a therapist is to for you to feel unburdened by past traumas so you can have more peace and joy in your life.
