As an Indian American woman who grew up in the Midwest and has therapeutic experience working alongside various multi-ethnic and multi-cultural communities, Ashley is passionate about the intersection of cultural identity and holistic emotional restoration. Her clinical interests also include working with individuals regarding identity formation, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and the integration of faith. Ashley’s therapeutic approach follows several psychological theories including trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and attachment theory. She has professional experience working with various people groups within community health, schools, and foster care settings. Ashley received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed her Master’s of Social Work at Azusa Pacific University in Southern California.
