I have a passion for working with people who have been impacted by trauma, in whatever way you might identify that trauma. My hope for you is to live your biggest and fullest life, with both meaning and connection. I work with individuals: teens, adults, and elders. My approach combines a number of therapeutic frameworks, including EMDR which is an evidenced-based treatment for people who have experienced trauma, and it can help reduce suffering by decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms. I am committed to working with people of color, folks in the LGBTQIA community, and anyone impacted by oppression. I want you to feel comfortable in bringing all the parts of who you are to therapy.
